Managing payments is made simple with the Payments feature in our ERP system. Whether you’re tracking donations, membership fees, or product purchases, this tool helps you manage all your payment transactions with ease, ensuring smooth financial operations.
The Payments feature includes key fields such as Created, Type, Amount, Name, Phone Number, Email, Mosque, Members, Product, and Actions. Here’s what each field captures:
- Created: Automatically tracks the date and time when the payment was created, giving you a clear record of all transactions.
- Type: Specify the type of payment (e.g., donation, fee, purchase) to help categorize and track different payment types.
- Amount: Record the amount of the payment, ensuring you can easily track and reconcile your financials.
- Name: Capture the name of the person making the payment, allowing you to link each transaction to a specific individual.
- Phone Number: Store the payer’s phone number for communication in case of any issues or follow-up.
- Email: Keep their email address on file for sending payment confirmations, receipts, or further communications.
- Mosque: Link the payment to a specific mosque, helping you manage financial transactions at different locations.
- Members: Track payments made by members, helping you monitor membership dues and other member-related transactions.
- Product: If the payment is for a product, record the product name to link it directly to the transaction.
